SUTD CoLab Event Passport – Terms of Use

Thank you for using SUTD CoLab Event Passport, provided by the Singapore University of Technology and Design (“SUTD” or the “University”).

By accessing, registering for, or using SUTD CoLab Event Passport and its related website, platform, services, or content (“Services”), you agree to accept these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. General

These terms may be amended from time to time. Any changes will be published on the relevant SUTD CoLab Event Passport website or platform. Your continued use of the Services after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

The Services and their contents are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws in Singapore and, where applicable, other jurisdictions through international treaties.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in the Services and their contents are owned by or licensed to SUTD. Certain content or materials may be owned by third parties where indicated.

You may view the Services and their contents through a web browser and may save or print limited portions solely for your own information, research, or study, provided that:

  • the content is not modified;
  • all applicable copyright and proprietary notices are retained; and
  • SUTD's logos, branding, and other identifying marks are not removed or altered.

SUTD webpages and materials must not be modified or presented in a manner different from their original form without prior written approval from SUTD.

  • administering and providing SUTD CoLab Event Passport and its Services; and
  • communicating relevant news about SUTD, including invitations to future events.
